The new owners of this home, built in 1962, embarked on a major remodel to create more space for a family of five. A third floor master suite was added and the lower floor was expanded to allow for two additional bedrooms, a bath, and a laundry room. On the main entry floor, a formal dining room was added, the kitchen was enlarged by removing a wall to include a breakfast room, and the living room was oriented toward the beautiful view. With new windows, new shingle siding, a new roof, and copper gutters, the house’s transformation was complete.
