ross ranch style

To accommodate the owner’s love for entertaining and desire for a more casual interplay between spaces, this home’s original 1930’s floor plan was reimagined. The charm of the older home remains but it has been updated to evoke a modern ranch home. The interiors are mostly bright white, and vintage treasures were used sparingly with more modern pieces to create a fresh take on a traditional home. New windows were added only where necessary, the chimneys were rebuilt, and copper gutters now trim the roof.

Outside, the landscape was an anachronism -- very Victorian and overgrown with a gazebo, winding pathways, and mounds of red roses everywhere. In its place is a sleek outdoor living space with long straight vistas between the terrace, lawn, and vegetable garden, making this home the epitome of indoor-outdoor living.
